How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your location. Typically, we ship products by air, and delivery usually takes 5-7 days. However, depending on customs policies in some countries, it may take longer. We recommend checking the estimated delivery time during checkout for more accurate information.

How much is shipping? Where do you ship to?

We offer free shipping for orders over $500 USD, making you a VIP client. For all our valued customers, shipping is always free as a token of appreciation. We will ship directly to your home address and continue providing exceptional service to our loyal clients.

How can I track my order?

We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped. Please track your order using our tracking page.

Will I pay customs?

In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.

Is this set for professional salon use or home use?

It is a high-end salon-grade device designed exclusively for home skincare. No professional operation is required, and it is safe and controllable to use.

Can it be used on sensitive skin and acne-prone skin?

Yes, it can.

  • Most handpieces are designed with built-in cooling/motion sensors.
  • The Cold Plasma, Hydra Lifting and Parallel Ultrasound handpieces all support sensitive skin repair.
  • It is recommended to start with low energy and low frequency, and test on a small local area first.

Can it be used by pregnant women or special groups?

It is not recommended for pregnant women, people with severe facial inflammation, wounds, metal implants, or photosensitivity.

How often and how long should I use it each time?

  • Daily maintenance: 1–2 times a week
  • Single mode each time: 10–20 minutes
  • Multi-handpiece combination: It is recommended to use them at intervals to avoid over-care on the same area.

What can the AI Multispectral Skin Analyzer detect?

It features 5 multispectral imaging + AI analysis, capable of detecting:
* Skin tone, spots, acne marks, dullness
* Fine lines, sagging, pores
* Skin barrier function, sensitivity, oil- moisture balance and other multi- dimensional issues
It also generates real-time skin reports and provides personalized skincare recommendations.

How is the screen clarity?

Equipped with a 4K high-definition display, it clearly shows the deep and superficial skin conditions in real time.

Will the device update automatically?

It supports OTA online upgrade, with automatic algorithm and function updates, making detection more accurate over time.

What is the relationship between the skin analyzer and other handpieces?

After the AI Multispectral Skin Analyzer generates a skin report, it can automatically recommend and adjust the parameters of the corresponding care handpieces through the Smart Handpiece Adaptation Technology, achieving precise skincare.

What is the main function of the NIR Collagen Light?

It focuses on anti-aging, firming, lifting and collagen regeneration.

Which skin layer does it act on?

The multi-band 700–2000nm near-infrared light acts on different skin layers in a targeted way:

  • 700–900nm: Helps firm the superficial skin layer
  • 900–1400nm: Aids collagen synthesis in the middle dermis
  • 1400–2000nm: Contributes to deep skin firming

What other technologies does it combine besides light energy?

It features the dual synergy of near-infrared light and microcurrent:

  • Light energy: Promotes collagen production and brightens skin tone
  • Microcurrent: Lifts facial muscles and improves facial contour

What skin problems can it improve?
