Our Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging with all accessories and tags intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care products that have been opened or used
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Perishable or hazardous goods

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@senneybeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Please do not send items back without prior approval. Unapproved returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@senneybeauty.com with your order number and photos.
