Where We Ship From

All SENNEY™ orders are dispatched directly from our fulfilment centre in China.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

  • Free worldwide shipping on all orders over £50
  • Orders under £50: a flat shipping fee of £15 applies, calculated at checkout based on destination

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your local postal service, customs clearance, and public holidays.

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
  • European Union: 7–15 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of World (including Israel, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland): 7–15 business days

Carriers

We ship via trusted international carriers including Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx, and DPD, depending on your location and order size.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Delays

SENNEY™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local postal services, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@senneybeauty.com.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos.
